Although we, Nora and Sheldon Davis live inland, full-time, about a hour to the west, we come to South Padre Island often. We love our Island home and we are happy to share it with others. It is important to us that you feel comfortable in our beachfront home. As the owners, naturally, our goal is to make your visit with us as best as it can be!

Unique Benefits: We bought this unit several years ago because we simply fell in love with the view.

And Saida Towers offers the best of resort living; swimming, tennis, poolside drink and snack bar, plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, hot tubs, beach access, and did I mention the view.
Why This Location: The VIEW was the reason we chose to buy Saida III unit 1105. It doesn't take long to get a little sand between your toes, and you want to own a piece of paradise for yourself. And so, Saida.

Our 1235 sq. ft. condo sleeps up to 6-8 with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The largest bedroom has 2 queen beds and an en-suite bath with twin basins, and a tiled tub and shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed and is decorated for the surfer or for "surfing dreams." The second bathroom has a single basin vanity and shower. We have a Graco Travel Lite Crib for age’s birth to 1 year.

Just imagine yourself vacationing at one of the finest resorts in South Padre Island. At Saida III you will have direct access to the beach.

It’s just a short walk to the gate where you will find the best sand, surf, and waves on South Padre Island.

Saida Resort features 3 pools, 1 kiddie pool, 3 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, plenty of lounge chairs and palapas to shade you from the sun. You and your family or friends will have a wonderful time!

The large open concept of our condo will allow you and your fellow guests to get together to enjoy a meal or watch the big game on the large 48 inch flat screen TV.

Or just sit back with a cool drink and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the 11th floor balcony.

Prepare meals for everyone in our fully equipped Kitchen. The dining room table seats 6 and the breakfast bar accommodate another 3, so there is plenty of room for your crew.

Need a high chair for the littlest member of the family? We have that too!

Grill out on the propane BBQ grill on the balcony or EAT OUT at one of South Padre Islands great restaurants.

Great family spring vacation (by Alexander D.)
Nora and Sheldon's condo was perfect. It was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, easy to find and get to, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, wine bottle opener, cups, etc. Beach towels and chairs were useful. The view of the sunrise every morning was priceless. Despite a few college kids in the building, there was no noticeable noise and we slept fine at night. The pools are well maintained and the beach is clean. Nora and Sheldon called and texted to make sure everything worked out will the check in. Nora responded to all my inquiries right away. Our favorite restaurants were Pier 19 (grouper was great), ceviche ceviche (ordered the original with fish and shrimp), cap n roys, and joe's oyster bar. Walmart is near (4 miles) for food etc. South Padre is very relaxing and similar to a Mexican beach town without the international hassles of customs, money exchange, and language barriers. The other benefit over Mexico is that the seafood is safe as are the fresh vegetables.

This place is great! Wonderful view of the ocean and the owners couldn't be any nicer and accommodating. They even think of the little things like sand toys and a rolling beach cooler. The resort is amazing. Several great pools, 4 tennis courts and a perfect beach. Great vacation!

Highly recommend to anyone visiting SPI (by A L.)
The condo is tastefully decorated and clean; has a wonderful view of the beach. Nora has been very responsive and accommodating from the beginning. After booking, she sent a very detailed booking packet that had all the information we could possibly need, from direction to the condo, wifi passwords, to nearby places to eat and shop. They even called us on the day of arrival just to make sure we have arrived safely. It just so happened that we had a late start and a long drive. Sheldon insisted that we call him upon arrival, no matter how late it was. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture. We had 2 small children with us, and they enjoyed the beach very much. The condo had a whole closet full of sand toys, noodles, shovels, and water guns for the kids (and Dad!) to play with. Nora also left us a big bag of brand new beach toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great trip. We would definitely return in the future.
